First Alpha Release

First upload. This is a playable, if possibly slightly incoherent set of introductory rules and the first scenario. Get a bunch of D6s (I've been using tiny ones to represent the different units and their Strength) and slap the Romans around a bit.

I intend to release more structured rules for enemy unit AI in the next update.
