Characters v1.2 released

Just a quick update, folks. I'm aware I missed last month's devlog, and there is a longer-form devlog in the making. For now, I've updated the character creation rules to 1.2 with a few corrections and clarifications to the rules, and added better PDF indexing. Enjoy!
